Looking for a professional QS, salary $2000~$2500 according to your experience.
Job Description:
- Leading products specialist contractor
- Must be able to draw, Quantity take off, Prepare BQ, Familiar with costing, Supplier sourcing, Contract administration.
- Min 1 year QS experience in civil & structural / facade
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Willing to learn, meticulous and committed to accomplishing datelines
- Must be able to draw, Quantity take off, Prepare BQ, Familiar with costing, Supplier sourcing, Contract administration.
- Min 1 year QS experience in civil & structural / facade
Job Scope:
- Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
- Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- responsible for putting up payment claims
- ensuring all variations to contract are captured, seeking and comparing quotations from sub-contractors, controlling project cost and general contract administration
