Looking for a professional project manager, salary $7000~$8000.
Job Description
- Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.
- Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
- Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
- Ensure all works carried out meet company’s quality standards & requirements.
- Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
- Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.
- Degree in relevant discipline and have a minimum of 10 years relevant project management (building & construction) experience
OR - Diploma in relevant discipline and a minimum of 15 years experience on relevant project management (building & construction）
