The BIMM shall have about 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models for similar scale and complexity projects, of which about five (5) years of experience shall be in development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems. In addition, he shall have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies to lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D). The BIM Manager shall have relevant engineering degree or certification. The BIMM shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools given in Bentley Open Building and Navisworks.
